Deposits:
A deposit placed by a buyer, and the acceptance of that deposit by the
seller is a commitment by both parties. The buyer is saying “I want that puppy
and I do not want you to sell it to anyone else”. The buyer is saying “It is
your puppy and I promise I will not sell it to anyone else.” We at
ThunderValley will not accept a deposit from anyone unless they have been
approved to buy a pup from us. We must feel they will give the pup a good,
loving, home with proper care and agree to the terms in our sales agreement.
$50.00 will assure you a pup from the litter you put a deposit on. If there are more deposits then there are pups, in this case WE WILL REFUND THE $50.00 OR PUT IT ON THE NEXT LITTER, BUYERS OPTION. This deposit has a 48 hr “change my mind” clause, from the time first deposit is received. If you change your mind within 48 hrs and notify ThunderValley by email we will also refund your $50. This must be done within 48 hrs otherwise all future deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. Families with deposits will be notified first by email or phone when the pups are born.
$150.00 When the pups are born and the buyer picks out the pup they want an additional $150.00 deposit will be required. This will make a total of $200.00 toward the pup. The pup you pick out will be yours when the additional deposit is received. All Deposits will be acknowledged by email the day they are received. This will also be your receipt.
Balance on pup is due when the pup is 7 weeks old unless an alternate agreement is made between the buyer and ThunderValley. If buyer chooses to back out of the agreement after the 48 hr period ThunderValley may transfer your deposit to another litter. In this case ThunderValley may require you to pay for the pup in full before making another choice from the next litter. We are very sorry for even having to put this on our site. Some people think they can put a $100 on a pup and decide when the pup is 10 weeks old they want to change their minds. Meanwhile we have a puppy that we have turned down many great homes. We have disappointed many people who wanted that pup. We have invested time and money in that pup. Most important we have become attached to that pup holding it for someone who ends up not wanting it. BE SURE YOU WANT AND CAN AFFORD A PUPPY BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR DEPOSIT. When we say afford we not only mean to buy but to maintain a new family member.
